The proposed work is officially known as Avondale Cir. RCB Maintenance. The proposed improvements consist primarily of repairing the wingwalls of the existing RCB culvert, bank stabilization, and related improvements including Channel/Culvert Clean Out.

Grading, drainage, concrete paving, and striping for proposed parking lot expansion.

The project consists sitework, grading, and installation of new pickleball courts, fencing, and associated lighting. A new playground area with poured in place surfacing and pavilion, and new ballfield lighting on new wooden poles.

Single Family Dwelling Build-Back

The Project consists of the removal and replacement of roof and gutter systems with exterior renovation, etc.

The construction of two monument signs and landscape on the west side of the Max Hipp Industrial Park within the right-of-way of the recently constructed West Oxford Loop Road. Also included is the construction of a monument sign and landscape in the roundabout of West Oxford Loop Road. Also included is the grading of a berm and landscape screen along the west side of the existing Good Day Farms in the Max Hipp Industrial Park.

The Project consists of approximately 11,600 feet of cured in place pipe sewer rehabilitation, of which approximately 9,750 feet is 8-inch,and 1,850 feet is 10-inch; replacing approximately 3,100 feet of existing 8-inch sewer by open-trench replacement; rehabilitation of approximately 120 vertical footage of manholes utilizing epoxy lining; replacement of approximately 15 manholes; reinstatement of approximately 220 service laterals by open cut means; installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 6-inch PVC service lateral pipe; and the restoration of sidewalks, curbs, curbs and gutters, and driveways impacted during construction.
